We offer a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, executive functioning coaching, and more.
Executive functioning refers to a set of cognitive processes that help us manage and regulate our thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. These include skills such as planning, organization, time management, impulse control, and working memory.
Executive functioning coaching focuses on developing personalized strategies to improve skills such as organization, time management, and goal setting. We work collaboratively with clients to create practical solutions and foster accountability.
Our fees depend on the type of service and session length. Sessions with our licensed therapists reflect their training and experience, and our student interns offer a reduced rate while they’re in training.
We are in-network with UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), and Oscar. Insurance coverage always varies by plan, so we recommend checking directly with your provider to understand your benefits.
If you don’t have insurance or your coverage is limited, we also offer a sliding scale to help keep therapy accessible.
And if we’re not in-network with your insurance, we use Mentaya to make things easier. Mentaya checks your out-of-network benefits, files your claims after each session, and keeps following up until you’re reimbursed. It’s totally hands-off for you, and there’s no extra cost unless your claim is successful.

Finding the right therapist is crucial because a strong therapeutic relationship fosters trust and openness, making it easier to explore your thoughts and feelings. When you feel comfortable with your therapist, it encourages vulnerability and deeper self-exploration, which are essential for personal growth and effective change. It’s perfectly okay if you decide we’re not the right fit for you; being open to finding someone else who better meets your needs is an important part of your healing journey.
Insurance-friendly therapy without the hassle.
We partner with Mentaya to help you get reimbursed through your out-of-network benefits, so you may get 60–80% of each session back automatically. Check your benefits instantly here.
