ABOUT ME

Hello!

I'm Victoria Reyna, a Licensed Professional Counselor #LPC 79846 in the Great State of Texas, #CTB-2023-0551 in the State of New Mexico, and here to help
I help individuals find their way back to feeling like themselves again. Life can throw us some curveballs; sometimes, it can feel like no one understands how to help. It is frustrating to hear family and friends tell you their "easy solutions," but sometimes you are looking for more, which is not enough. I am here for those moments. I am here to help find another perspective we haven't yet seen.

You don't have to feel like you are in this alone.

My work focuses on identifying, challenging, and limiting negative thoughts we have about ourselves and the world around us. I believe it is essential to empower my clients to know they have the tools they need to succeed.

I graduated with my Masters from New Mexico State University in 2017, where I first started working with university students navigating their novel and stressful world of young adulthood.

I have had the privilege to work providing mental health services to First Responders and their family members in my community. As a Firefighter spouse, I am very familiar with the unique culture and stress it entails.

I am a mother of  3, including a wonderful child diagnosed with ADHD, which led me on a long journey to understand better the neurodiverse mind he holds. I know the many challenges encountered in loving a child with ADHD. I have strived to be that guidance I so badly wished for during those first years of the diagnosis process.

I look forward to getting to know you and helping you reach your next goal.
